Chronos Becomes ISO Certified

We are excited to announce that Chronos are now fully certified to the standard of ISO 9001:2015.

We were recently independently audited by Alcumus ISOQAR and met the standard required for our various systems and processes of quality management. This important step in the progression of our business will help us to guarantee satisfaction to our clients. It has also ensured codification and standardisation of a number of our business processes, as well as demonstrating our ongoing commitment to quality.

As our client, you should notice little difference. Our commitment to quality remains unchanged. However, we have a few formal processes and we may occasionally ask you for your feedback on our work. The design of the standard and our management system is to ensure maximum benefit to both Chronos Consult and our clients and other stakeholders.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is globally recognised management standard. Many businesses use the standard to ensure their product or service meets certain quality criteria. Originally aimed at manufacturing, the standard has adapted and changed in recent years. It is now as applicable to professional service businesses as it is to any other business. Each of these areas undergoes regular review and audit to ensure that the business is continually monitoring and improving its processes.
