David Wallace is a delay analyst, expert witness and experienced construction claims manager. He holds an LLM in construction law and has more than 30 years’ experience in the construction, defence and engineering industries.
David Wallace has worked in project controls and planning within most types of industry. From military and defence, oil & gas (on- and off-shore), major public works infrastructure to civil engineering projects, including iconic developments in the Middle East.
David’s focus over the last 15 years has been in the field of delay analysis and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to this he worked within the fields of procurement, project controls and planning. These roles included delay analysis, forensic planning, project controls, contract administration and risk management.
David Wallace has testified in arbitration, produced ‘expert opinion’ on delay for a number of high value projects in the Middle East. He has acted as case supervisor for more junior experts and as ‘assessing expert’ for the purposes of an expert’s determination on complex multi-party disputes.
