Matt is a Chartered Builder with over 15 years’ experience. He started his career working for large main contractors with roles that included Site Engineering, Site Management and Planning Management.
Matt has more recently been involved in delay disputes and compiled reports on the analysis of claims for extension(s) of time using a variety of appropriate techniques; he has also been appointed as an Expert Witness.
He has experience in the analysis of delays, the preparation of construction programmes using critical path analysis techniques, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring of major building projects throughout the UK and internationally.
Matt has compiled a peer review of the planning and logistics for a major multi-phased development in London and Oman. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, has a BSc Construction Management Degree and an MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.
