Matt Lindsay is a Chartered Builder with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.  He started his career working for large main contractors working in a variety of roles. These include site engineer, site manager and planning manager.

Since 2016, Matt Lindsay has been working in the field of delay analysis. In his role at Chronos, he supports clients with delay related construction disputes. He is highly experienced in the compilation of  reports on for extensions of time. Matt understands the importance of using the appropriate techniques and method of analysis for the dispute.

Matt has also been appointed as an expert witness and has compiled a peer review of the planning and logistics for a major multi-phased development

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, has a BSc Construction Management Degree and an MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.

Highlights:

Matt was planning manager on the Elephant and Castle regeneration project. He has provided planning support and constructability advice on Battersea Power Station, North West Cambridge Redevelopment, Guys & St Thomas’ Trust redevelopment, Pudding Mill Lane and Stratford Olympic Park. Matt was also a planner at the post Olympic retrofit regeneration project at the Olympic Park in London. He has also provided expert delay analysis services to projects in Canary Wharf.
