Nigel has spent most of his career as a Project Manager
responsible for a diverse range of construction projects.
These include Hospitals, Supermarkets, Offices, Office fit-outs,
Medical Centres, Extra-care Housing and Residential. He is
experienced in the preparation of construction programmes
using critical path analysis techniques, resource scheduling,
and programme monitoring of major construction projects,
including airports, office buildings, hospitals, schools,
residential developments, hotel and leisure.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators,
a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and holds
an MSc in Construction Law & Arbitration at Kings College
London. He has experience of all the commonly used
Contract Forms.
