Richard is a Chartered Builder with over 15 years’ experience. He started his career working for large main contractors with roles that covered Site Engineering and Site Management.
Richard has experience in running small construction companies and more recently has been involved in major feasibility studies for large residential developments and hospital facilities. He has also been involved in delay disputes and compiled reports on the analysis of claims for extension(s) of time using a variety of appropriate techniques.
He has experience in the analysis of delays, the preparation of construction programmes using critical path analysis techniques, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring of major building projects throughout the UK.
Richard has completed feasibility and constructability studies of the planning and logistics for major multi-phased developments in London. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, has a BSc Construction Management Degree and is undertaking an MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King’s College London (2019 – 2021).
