Richard Latham is a Chartered Builder with over 15 years’ experience. He started his career working for large main contractors in site engineering and site management.
Richard has also spent time running small construction companies. This has given him an insight into the commercial pressures our clients are under every day. And more recently, his involvement in major feasibility studies for large residential developments and hospital facilities. He has also been involved in delay disputes and compiled reports on claims for extensions of time using a variety of techniques.
Richard Latham has a BSc Construction Management Degree. He is currently undertaking an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King’s College London. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
