Steve Hardy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, commercial leader and problem solver with 32 years of experience.
He has spent the majority of his career working for large main contractors where he held commercial director roles for 12 years.
In 2017 Steve Hardy started his own consultancy business providing commercial solutions for the construction industry.
He has led and resolved several large commercial disputes through negotiation, adjudication and mediation. He has also provides contractual risk management advice for employers, main contractors and specialist subcontractors at tender and post-contract stages.
Steve Hardy has extensive experience in preparing and assessing claims for contract change, extensions of time and loss and expense. He has supported clients across a wide range of industry sectors and contractual arrangements.
Steve is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Society of Construction Law.
