Tim Marlow is a Chartered Builder and expert delay analyst with over 30 years’ experience. He started his career working for large UK based main contractors in planning and scheduling.
Over the course of his career, Tim has been involved in the preparation and critical path analysis of construction programmes, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring of major building projects. His experience has seen him work on construction projects throughout the UK and internationally. For almost 15 years, Tim has specialised in the analysis of delay.
Tim Marlow is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Corporate Board Panel Member of the Dispute Board Federation, a member of both the Academy of Experts and the Expert Witness Institute. He also holds an MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.
