Yugal Kishor is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the design, construction and management of civil engineering and building projects in Europe, Middle East and India.
His experience encompasses project and programme management, design and construction management, risk management, value engineering, and delay analysis.
Yugal has held positions at Director/Planning lead levels, with both leading international project management firms and main contractors. He has extensive experience acting for both client and contractor entities in the delivery of complex construction projects across a wide range of sectors.
Yugal has acquired experience in managing fast track complex projects and holds the distinction of executing numerous construction projects. This includes projects in the MENA regions having worked as a Planning Director, responsible for the establishment of a planning team, setting up planning and project control procedure and day to day management.
He has prepared, negotiated and assembled successful EOT claims for various contractors, including a large EOT claim in the Middle East (associated costs of circa 270 million USD).
